Shipping policy
Johnny Dots Apparel staff will ship your order out as soon as possible.
All he orders get in processing time after payment is confirmed.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. Orders are shipped to the delivery address noted in the customer order.
Make sure to insert your propper email and shipping address incl. apt number etc. to your account so shipping will be fast and easy .
We use the Portuguese postal service CTT for all of our shipments.
You will receive an email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you do not receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because if you have not received the order confirmation email you also will not receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
